Old world theme kitchens are painted with colors that are warm, yellow-based colors. When decorating an old world kitchen Consider colors that are nature inspired. Think deep greens of springtime, golden bosque pears, fresh morning cream, the rich red of ripe pomegranates and you have some possibilities for old world kitchen colors. Create contrasting textures and visual depth with coarse travertine tiles and heavily textured walls rich in old world color.
